Features:
1. Intermediate Frequency Direct Current type spot and projection welding machine is the most advanced resistance welding machine. It is widely used in so many industries. The volume of welding transformer is small ,but the output is so large. The integrated welding electrodes used for the automobile industry can appear its advantages. Because the frequency of transformer has been increased from 50/60Hz to 1000Hz, it can reduce the weight of the iron core greatly. The diode used for adjusting the current in the secondary circuit of transformer can transfer the electric energy to the Direct Current to weld product. This can improve the inductance of secondary circuit greatly, which is a major factor leading capacity losing. There is no need to take the inductance into consideration in the Direct Current circuit. So it can minimize the production cost.
2. Power saving:
It can save the energy and improve the power factor, including saving welding on each spo, reducing welding period and reducing production cost. It can make the duty cycle of power supply unit balanced. Its adaptation to the fluctuation of power grid and the decreasing of voltage is more stronger.
