GWC-C Full Automatic Steel Bar Mesh Welding Production Line
 

Xinzhou GWC-C series mesh welding machine is created by our technical specialists with independent research and technology researches. The special wire feeding system has been implemented to ensure the smooth material feeding. The automatic two side unloading system are available to save the space between each mesh. For our C series mesh machine, the coiling material can be directly used for the main wire without bar straightener and cutting machine. 
 
This GWC-3200-C welding machine is capable to weld steel bar/wire with diameter from 6mm to 12mm. The interval for main bar is stepless adjustable by every 1mm and the interval for weft bar is adjustable by every 50mm. The max. welding capacity is 12mm +12mm.The max. mesh width is 3200mm. The welding speed is about 60-90 rows/min.
 
Delta, Mitsubishi and Siemens servo motor control and PLC with touch screen have been implemented to ensure the smooth and accurate working process and to make human-machine interfere much easier. This machine satisfied the Chinese ISO90001 standard and EU safety certification standards.
