a. Bending Beam

1. CNC processed bending beam is used to ensure the bending angle.
2. Each mold on the bending beam can be adjusted upward and downward for about 3mm to increase bending range.
3. 120 degree mold design made each bending angle more smooth. The final angle of product is 90 degree, and this design is to make product more beautiful.

b. Bending Frame

1. Rectangle shape machine frame with thicker steel column and door shape cover panel, which made the machine firm and stable.
