Components of the Line
1. Load Bar Per-feeding table
Per-feeding table is mainly composed with one loading bar aligning panel, crimping comb with hydraulic system, load bar holding roller. The distance between per-feeding table and the main welding frame is about 4m. There are holding rollers, between the per-feeding table and the main welding machine. The Aligning Panel is used to ensure each load bar is aligned at the same level before its ready for welding. The Crimping Comb with two hydraulic cylinders at both side is used to tight the load bars and send them to the main frame. The Holding Roller at the back is used to hole the load for more smooth feeding.
2. Cross Bar Auto feeding mechanism
Special Xinzhou Patented feeding mechanism is used to ensure the feeding for cross bar (twisted with 5mm*5mm to 8mm*8mm) much quicker and more smoothly. The minimum cross bar pitch for this mechanism is 25mm.
3. Main Welding Frame
Main welding frame is composed with welding frame body, 6 transformer with 250kva, welding electrodes, oil cylinders, hydraulic clamping cylinder, cross bar lifting mechanism, cross bar locating mechanism with locating sensor, etc.
A. Main Body: frame body is made of high quality thick steel to ensure the firmness of the machine. Two sliding beam with 6 transformers in the middle. The frame body has excellent mechanical property, small deformation, which can be used under any climate condition.
B. Transformers: Specially designed transformer with excellent water flow within it to ensure the good cooling during welding.
C. Welding Electrodes: two different welding electrodes will be offer with the machine. One set flat welding electrode is used for make flat load bar panel, and extra set of comb like electrode is used to make waving loading bar panel. Excellent water cooling system is included within the electrodes.
D. Oil Cylinder: two major oil cylinders with about 80 tons pressure at the top of the machine. The two smaller cylinders next to the main cylinders are used to increase the up-and-down ward moving speed of the machine, which can increase the production speed. The sealing ring used between oil pipe and the main welding frame should be eligible for using under high-pressure and high-temperature condition.
E. Hydraulic clamp: its power comes from the hydraulic cylinder at the side. It can play a role of guiding and locating so as to avoid the flat steel is slant when welding the material, and ensures that the welding quality of product welded.
F. Ends locating mechanism: It is used to locate the flat steel when feeding material by manual work to ensure that the ends of flat steel are aligned.
G. Twisted square steel locating mechanism: This mechanism is used to avoid the twisted square steel locating on wrong place because of bouncing when the twisted square steel blanking to the lower electrodes. And it can ensure the welding quality of products.
4. Edge Chopper
Edge chopper is used to trim the extra cross from the panel aromatically.
Two bearings are used at the front and back of the chopper head to make sure the right chopping position. Edge choppers at the side are able to move toward the center, which allows it to chop the panel in min. 600mm.
5. Panel Flattening mechanism
Three rollers with one at the top and two at the bottom are used to flatten the cross wise bend of the panel. The position of two bottom rollers are fixed at the welding level for more convenience use of the machine. The top roller is adjustable with the height and pressure. The pressure is cause by the hydraulic.
6. Grating Puller
The two hocks puller design with servo motor is used to transporst the welding panel to unloading side of the machine.
7. Grating Starker
Up-and-downward lifting design for grating starker is used to stack the panel neatly after welded.
8. Grating Pusher
Grating pushing panel is used to transport the stack welded panel out of the machine, which save labor consumption of this machine.
9. Unloading mechanism
The unloading mechanism is used to hold the welded panel outside the machine and make the panels ready for packing. There is a aligning panel at the end of the machine to stop the panel from moving further.
10. Other Machine supporting system
A.Servo pulling system: this system is used to pull the welded grating forward and made the equipment ready for next step. Repeat the process till the grating is fully welded. At the end the grating will be sent to the stacking and lifting platform. The system is made with rollers, servo motors, pulling hock, air cylinder and moving platform.
B.Roller System: this system is used to ensure the stable transportation for welded gratings.
C.Hydraulic system: this system used the magnetic valve, filter, spill valve, motor, oil tank and oil pump to provide the pressure for the whole welding system.
D.Electrical system: Telecommuting within the electrical program is available for faster and easier problem shooting.
D.Coolant system: water knockout vessels are used to separate the coolant flows. The coolant flow for each route can be controlled separated with vessel. Coolant flow monitor is available to ensure the water pressure for each route is under right condition.
E.Safety mechanism: safety starting button is used to avoid the damage and injury caused by misapplication. Power for magnetic valve will be turned off to avoid the misapplication for pneumatic cylinder. Coolant flow is totally separated with high voltage wire to ensure the safeness in the main welding frame. Yellow warning labels are used at high voltage area and dangerous area.
