6 -inch top fill port with a 2″ NPT center plug. This lid has an EPDM gasket designed to fit most plastic IBCs. This screw cap is designed to work with all IBC totes with 6 Inch screw top opening including Schutz, Mauser, Greif and other tote bottles.
IBC tank cap
IBC tank has the following parts: IBC frame (outer frame), IBC tank tie rod, IBC tank feed port, IBC tank cover, IBC tank inner liner, IBC nameplate, IBC tank tray and IBC valve.IBC tank covers are generally divided into blind covers and breathable covers, with sizes of 150mm and 225mm.

Constructed of Black High Density Polyethylene, AIK Vent-O-Caps are available in 6", 7" and 9" sizes. The Vent-O-Caps are available with EPDM or Viton vent seals and Hastelloy-C or 316 SS springs. When used with a gasket the Vent-O-Caps are designed for us in liquid-tight applications. | |
