Design Idea
GWC-2800-B of auto bar-mat reinforcement resistance welder is a type of auto metal mesh production line successfully developed by the company in accordance with the domestic advanced welding technology. The types of welding machines developed by our company possess the following features:
l The main frame is welded by the superior and thick steel plate with proximate matter, to strengthen and tighten the main structure.
l Adopted the well-known exported industrial control product, which can help to increase the security for the system, simplify the operation, standardize the size for the mesh and make the welding point become beautiful and strong.
l The types of weld mesh crate are diversified that the longitudinal grid can be adjusted manually while the horizontal grid can be set by the computer; given that this machine can produce various mesh crate, it brings lots of flexibility and convenience for the clients.
l Applied effective welding transformer in the process of welding, it forces the circulating water to be cool, with small volume to save energy.
l In order to adapt to the capacity of the power transformer and reduce the current surge, it can use in a lump sum or by several times of phase sequence to discharge the power, i.e. simultaneous pressure and welding at several times.
l The wearable alloy material or heat treatment material has been applied in the moving part of the equipment, to ensure the intensity and durability of the overall device.
l A direct indicator of starved feeding and a trouble warning device are designed in this machine, with personnel design idea to make the operation simpler.
